It was an exciting night at the London Home Builder’s Association’s “Awards of Creative Excellence” on October 12, 2017, where Wastell Homes received top honours as the 2017 Builder of the Year!

The awards recognize outstanding industry leadership in raising the bar in customer service and industry innovation. Builders are evaluated according to a number of criteria, including commitment to community, support of the building industry and adaptability to changing market and consumer needs.

The award win marks the 5th time in the past 7 years that Wastell Homes has been recognized as an outstanding builder in the London community!
