By accessing and using the site www.wastell.ca (the “Site”) you are agreeing to be bound by the following Terms of Use. The Wastell group of companies which includes Wastell Developments Inc., Wastell Builders Inc., Wastell Builders (London) Inc., their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, managers and agents (“Wastell”) reserves the right to modify or alter these Terms of Use without notice or penalty and by using the Site you are agreeing to be bound by any such modifications, alterations or amendments. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, do not utilize this Site.

Reserved Rights and Grant of Limited Licence

It is acknowledged that Wastell enjoys the benefit of all copyrights attributable to it including this Site and all rights thereunder are hereby reserved.
This Site contains information, software, communications, text, graphics, advertising, images, photos, artwork and other material and services (together the “Information”) that are protected by various Canadian intellectual property laws, including but not limited to copyright and trademark law and other proprietary rights, which rights exist in the Information currently on the Site and which rights will continue to exist in all Information developed or posted on the Site now and in the future.
