We are so excited to be opening our doors once again for visitors to Kokomo Beach Club. The vibe of our sales office is a perfect representation of life in Kokomo, where you can fully experience the best of our welcoming and vibrant community that offers easy living with complete modern amenities.

We’re bringing the beach to you, with oversized acrylic popsicles, custom neon sign, and coastal-inspired interiors.

Temporary sales office precautions include:

• Physical distancing
• Masks & hand sanitizer available
• Thorough sanitizing of high-touch areas
• DocuSign contracts
• Virtual showings offered
