The launch of our 13th Dream Home was a little different this year. Instead of welcoming thousands of curious Londoners through the doors of our Dream Home, we launched with virtual tours, videos and images. This is the first time that our home won’t open for physical tours. BUT, that doesn’t make lucky number 13 any less charming or beautiful as the others.
Sue & Doug Wastell have been involved in the Dream Lottery since 2005. To date, they have built 13 Dream Homes, and helped raise over $600,000 for the London Health Sciences Foundation.
Our resident designer, Allyson Switzer, was inspired by Florida coastal homes and West Indies homes to curate the causal comfort of the Kokomo Beach Club Dream Home.
She incorporated exotic natural materials, like grass cloth ceilings, rattan and linen furniture, and wood ceiling fans to create a welcoming, Tommy Bahama coastal interior.
From the tourquoise custom cabinetry to the charming flamingo wallpaper, you can almost feel the cool sand and warm waves when you step foot in this home!
Whenever we launch a dream home, we get dozens of questions from curious Londoners: “what paint colour is this?”, “where can I find this light fixture”.
Well, this year we’ve made our Dream Home completely SHOPABLE!
Each feature, piece of furniture, paint colour is linked in this magazine. Browse the Lottery Home, room-by-room, and click on any feature in the legend to see where you can pick it up!
We’ve also linked our partner trades & suppliers – people we trust and work with consistently.
Happy shopping! https://bit.ly/2XWRNSq
