A Floridian-Inspired Development Comes to Port Stanley: Introducing Kokomo Beach Club
Our team recently unveiled Kokomo Beach Club – a new community nestled near Port Stanley’s blue flag beach and the Kettle Creek Golf Club.
Kokomo Beach Club is more than a beachfront community, it is a place to make memories with friends and family for a lifetime.
Bahama shutters and pastel exteriors set the tone for this Floridian-inspired resort community, which consists of single detached homes and low-rise condominiums. The private Beach Club community centre will be the heart of this dynamic neighbourhood with a large outdoor pool, fitness/yoga center, games room, pickleball court, playground, and much more.
Condo’s range from 800 – 1,300 square feet in one to three-bedroom open concept layouts. Homes are designed from 1,500 – 2,100 square feet, two to four bedroom layouts in bungalow style, and larger two-story options. Several diverse layouts were designed to accommodate many budget and size needs.
