The Wastell Homes team recently returned from the NAHB 2018 International Builders’ Show in Orlando, where we joined our fellow Holmes Approved Holmes member builders, and over 85,000 other building industry professionals from across North America.

With over 1,500 vendors and suppliers on-site, we had a great time exploring the show for new, innovative building products and materials. Some of our favourite products included a keyless, touchpad front door lock, beautiful Kohler sink and unique shower drains.

We also had the chance to tour “The New American Home” on the outskirts of Orlando. The Tuscan style sprawling home combines traditional and modern architecture and innovative building techniques. The most impressive features included an indoor/outdoor kitchen, modern staircase design and even a dog washing station in the garage!
